Built 1906 by the german architect Gustav Adolf Suter, a close friend of the Royal Family of King Carol The First, the building is set on the highest natural point of the city, offering spectacular panormic views over the entire city.
Set on a plot of 1500 square meters, Suter Palace has 5 floors totaling almost 2700 square meters.
The hotel, featuring 17 individually custom designed and furnished, very elegant rooms and suites, has a 65-80 seats “haute gourmet” restaurant, a 10 + 2 seats Executive Board Meeting Room, a Piano Club with 25-40 seats and a Private Tower Bar with up to 10 seats.

The building can easily be turned and refurbished for another use from a lavish residence, to a casino, headquarters of an important company, a private medical clinique and so on; however it’s curent use as a small luxury unique hotel remains probably the most adeguate use for this property.
As a hotel business Carol Parc Hotel has reached it’s break even point 2009 and it’s figures are improving even during the tough economic crisis Romania is curently experiencing.
Estimated in 2008 at 16 million Euro, Suter Palace has remained amid the real estate crisis a unique real estate property and one of the most admired buildings in the country.
